ANTIGUA

Arrived Jolly Harbour Antigua after a 25 day passage from Lanzarote. Frustrating passage because Trades did not fill in until late. Head winds to start off African coast, followed by days of calm and squalls with winds up to 35 knots. Reantifouled. Sorting out charging problems. Moving on to English Harbour for Christmas. Lots of warm tropical downpours. More pics to follow.

Many congratulations - sounds a frustrating trip which is probably normal for the Atlantic.

Trust you are celebrating in style. Enjoy English harbour, Shirley Heights etc.

We were getting rather worried as there had been no news of you for so long!
We are happy to know that you have made it across the Atlantic and are safely on Antigua, which we are sure you will enjoy tremendously. It is really cold and gloomy here, so you are definitely in the right place.
We will be in the Caribbean - on the US Virgin Islands - in early Feb.'08, are you likely to be anywhere nearby then?
We take this opportunity to wish you both a Merry Christmas & a Happy Sailing New Year.
Enjoy yourselves and take care.
With very best wishes from both of us.

Well done. We are glad to know that you have crossed the Atlantic safely. Seasons Greetings and a Happy New Year to you both. We wish you a happy sailing 2008. Hope you read my comments that I posted three days ago. Due to long silence, I had thought that you would be some where in the Atlantic.

God bless you.
