SALEMA
Last lunch at Salema with our visitors. Now is the time to rest our digestive systems. No more `light` lunches. But fluids plenty! Temp. still at 34 degrees. Plan to visit old town of Faro and move on some time next week.

Hi Hugh and Shan We've got an outbreak of foot and mouth near where we live - rumour is the virus escaped from local research labs. Rumor also has it that the same research labs will sell vaccine to the govt!

I am recovering from sunstroke after 3 days heavy gardening.
Did not wear a hat. Do you wear a hat on the boat?
Tom Lee has had a mild stroke - lost the use of one leg but now has use back again.
emailed him but no reply.
Got the info from Jos.
Tom's son got married recently and Jos' daughter Claire will be marrying next year sometime
Hope you are both well.
We are off to the scilly isles in 2 weeks time.
